No returns on swimwear

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear sold by Surf Atelier is final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any swimwear items, regardless of the reason. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@surfatelier.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

No exceptions

We are unable to make exceptions to this policy. By completing a purchase with Surf Atelier, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy for swimwear.
